Great location. Very clean apartment, serviced daily, comfortable beds, warm Starbucks next door, small supermarket opposite, a choice of restaurants in any direction. main square close by. will def stay again.

The location is unbelievable, right in the center of Krakow! Room was spacious, clean, very fancy and everything new. Bathroom was big as well. All facilities were met, including iron + ironing board. The staff is lovely and provided all the information for access at the Hotel. Underground parking was provided contra-cost but we needed it as we traveled by car. Just as info, the entrance is a bit tight, but for us it was ok (as reference, we had a VW Passat and it fitted well).

The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. It was equipped with a wide range of essential amenities, including a large wardrobe, a safety deposit box for valuables, an iron, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, slippers, and even a desk for work. I also appreciated the plush carpeting, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, good lighting throughout, and the comfortable bed and pillows. The room features both a key and a code, offering convenience in case you lose or forget the key or prefer not to carry it with you. The entire property feels modern and brand new, situated right in the heart of the city. It’s within walking distance of the main square, cafes, and restaurants. The staff members I interacted with were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, the price was very reasonable—excellent value for money.

art boutique is very central only a few mins walk from shops bars main market sq accomodation is to the back of the main st so very quiet small supermarket & coffee houses right outside hotel hotel staff very helpful lady at desk did help me when medical help was required for which i was very grateful

Great location, in walking distance to the main square. Very clean, quiet, and modern hotel with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable, sufficient space for a carry on, but may be tight with a full size suitcase. Large bathroom with quality toiletries and plush towels. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Will consider again for future stays.
